There are a lot of AI agencies right now. Why Huenx?
Many AI agencies are good at demos. We focus on what comes after the demo: getting AI into production at least 50% faster than traditional ways of delivering AI projects. That speed comes from two things. Our team is senior, with every consultant having delivered 10+ digital projects, and our founders bring long experience from digital transformation in large Norwegian and international corporates. We also work with BizAI, our own platform. It keeps the business case, scope and features aligned from first idea to live product, so no time is lost between pilot and production.
Does Huenx replace our in-house team, or work alongside it?
Neither, exactly: we work as your in-house team. We join your ways of working, your tools and your priorities, and we take shared responsibility for the result. If you have no team yet, we can be that team. If you already have one, we fill the gaps in AI and data engineering, full-stack development or product design. Either way, you keep full ownership of the product, with clear documentation and an always-updated product description in BizAI.
What does a typical engagement look like?
Most engagements follow three steps. First, we shape the idea with you. We use BizAI to build a business case and an agreed scope, so everyone knows what is worth building and why. Second, we build a focused pilot with real users and real data. Third, we take it to production, covering security, integrations and monitoring. After that, we either hand it over or stay on to run and improve it. The team scales with the work and draws on consultants in Norway, Vietnam, the US and Australia.
How is Huenx priced?
We work either at a fixed price or on time and materials, depending on what fits the project. For example, a business case and scoping phase can be fixed price, so you know the cost before committing. A pilot can be priced per phase. Ongoing development can run as a dedicated team at a monthly rate. These are only examples, and pricing is always agreed with you based on scope, team and timeline.
Where is the team based, and how do you handle time zones?
The team is mainly based in Vietnam and we cover timezones in Norway and Vietnam
